Configure the CBW LockDown to activate a relay, variable, or register on a ControlByWeb™ device* to initiate a sequence of actions facilitating the lockdown of a building or complex. Relays can be interfaced with electric door locks, alarms, phone dialers, or lockdown status lights indicating restricted entry. Furthermore, several ControlByWeb™ devices enable the transmission of email and text messages** to notify authorities and individuals about potential threats.
Featuring extensive customization options, ControlByWeb products allow specific configurations such as restricting the disabling of lockdown mode solely through a password-protected web control panel. Utilizing CBW LockDown with the X-600M industrial controller offers additional capabilities like monitoring lockdown triggers to expedite response times.
Combining CBW LockDown with ControlByWeb products presents a dependable and budget-friendly solution for lockdowns in various settings. The direct communication among ControlByWeb products eliminates the need for external cloud servers or services. There are no recurring fees and no supplementary software installations required.
* Installing ControlByWeb products demands a fundamental understanding of electronics and computer networking. In certain instances, the involvement of a Systems Integrator or licensed Electrician might be necessary.
